SHIPPING TERMS

  • Quoted delivery cost (or free delivery) is for a drop ship or curbside delivery.
  • Curbside or drop ship delivery includes delivery to the curb in front of your home.
  • This does not include moving the item into your home, garage, or other location.
  • The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment in advance.
  • Please include a daytime phone number with your shipping information to be contacted for the delivery appointment.
  • A signature is required at the time of delivery on the Bill of Lading between our company and the shipping company delivering to you. Your signature on this legally binding document states that the merchandise was received in good order unless otherwise noted by you.
  • Delivery locations that are extraordinary (such as an island or mountain top or extreme rural areas) may create additional delivery charges or unusually long delivery lead times.

RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Upon delivery, inspect the merchandise before signing for the product. The driver must wait for your signature, so be thorough.
  • Look for things such as holes in the box or any other type of damage to the packaging. We encourage you to unbox the items before signing for them if circumstances allow.
  • If you do decide that there is damage, make specific notes on the Bill of Lading with the driver that describe the damage in detail and call us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • If the damage is such that you would still accept the merchandise, you do not have to refuse it and have it shipped back to us. Once again, call us immediately and we can work to resolve the issue immediately.
  • Please understand if you simply sign your name upon receipt of the merchandise, you are stating that everything was received to you in good condition and that you will be responsible for any damage discovered thereafter.
